Recently, Hunan Electric Power Porcelain Electric Appliance Factory developed the first domestic 765KV inverted current transformer. It is understood that this is the highest voltage level current transformer, has reached the international advanced level.

This Taiwan 8 meters high, weighing 4 tons of "big guy", is the first domestic lake developed 765KV inverted current transformer. It is mainly installed in substations, used to measure the current and voltage of the power grid, to provide protection signals for the entire power system. Jiang Juncheng, director of Hunan Electric Power Porcelain Electric Appliance Factory, told reporters: Before that, the successful development of 765KV transformer with only transformer below 500KV in China was unique in China and even in the world. Jiang Juncheng introduced: From the previous 500KV breakthrough to the current 765KV, the difficulty is indeed very large, and their technical staff in the development process needs to solve a large number of problems.

The 765KV inverted current transformer developed by Hunan Power not only upgrades the voltage level from ultra-high voltage to ultra-high voltage, but also adopts the most advanced oil-immersed insulation manufacturing technology in the world, which can play an energy saving and environmental protection role. Compared to the traditional products, 765KV inverted current transformer fuel consumption less than one-third. And it also reduces the loss of UHV long-distance transmission. With the development of UHV power grids, the application prospect of this product is very broad.
